Zealot
this God of darkness, panthers, and bats.
History:
Goddens lived in eternal darkness, but when the sun was born... darkness must exist by someone else... Zealot, the god of darkness, was born to secure this balance.
Zealot was born on the same day his brother, Rath, was born, the sun is blinding to look at and the darkness feels unsafe, both light and dark are dangerous things... but for the brothers, this is merely a friendly competition... An endless tournament to determine the most dominant. Though intimidating, Zealot is actually loyal to the mortals, granting all living things on Earth darkness, allowing them to cool from the light and shroud themselves for the hunt.
Although darkness covers many things in our mysterious universe, Zealot is actually the smallest god. A bat that is only as big as a full-grown human. Regardless of this, Zealot is an extremely powerful god, and with this power, he created a place called the "Shadow realm," here he controls the darkness, shifting shadows and creating darkness as things move. But even to a god, Zealot needed servants to watch over his realm, he created a race that were once immortal beings but now common predators to us... the panther.
Panthers were generally loners, which made them exposed to weakness in resistance. Zealot knew he couldn't watch them all though, so he created the Voiders to keep order.
Of course, when Phoenix made his arrival, Zealot feared that Rath may get Phoenix to kill him... instead, Phoenix provides more competition to Zealot.
