Description:
The Communication needle was built by the medical Pon Peter himself, Schultz Pon Peter.

There are many forms of C.N, there is an C.N for wolves, panthers, foxes, and devil cats. Schultz himself, cannot figure out how to make animals like bears, elephants, and dolphins talk though.

Basically, what C.N does to the brain, is to allow an animal's brain to grow and fit English into his/her mind. Allowing them to talk English too. Other languages are included but only one C.N holds one language. You can only fit one into an animal's head or else the brain may fail or explode.
