Moonzere

Goddess of frost, ice, and snow.

When the Earth was covered in water, Moonzere emerged from the ocean. A beautiful goddess of frost. She walked upon the Earth, covered in pure water, leaving a trail of ice behind her. Nepmoon grew a liking to Moonzere, and befriended her, eventually becoming mates.

Moonzere gave birth to the goddess of earth, Pesum, who formed the land from Nepmoon's waters. One day, Moonzere had an argument against her daughter, and eventually becoming so angry that Moonzere covered Pesum's land with ice and snow.
Eventually, the situation became so grim, that Nepmoon stepped in and persuaded Moonzere to calm down. Taking Moonzere decades to finally cease her rage and melt the snow on Pesum's land.

Pesum resides in Nepmoon's palace in Atlantis, serving as queen of the great city.
